About Me

Years ago, I felt completely lost.

I was overweight, battling acne, and had no idea how to take care of myself. People’s opinions constantly shifted—one moment I was too skinny, the next too fat. At 14, I believed the only way to be enough for my first girlfriend was to have a six-pack. So, I starved myself, thinking that would make me worthy.

By 18, I was chubby, still struggling with acne, and feeling like a failure. Then, my second girlfriend betrayed me. That moment broke me—but it also woke me up. I promised myself that I would never, ever be someone’s second choice again.

Fitness became my way out.

It wasn’t just about changing my body—it was about building discipline, confidence, and learning to love myself. I started listening to my body, taking care of it, and realizing my worth wasn’t based on others' opinions but how I felt about myself. It took time, but I built the strength to stop caring about what others thought.

I made a vow: I would never betray the person I love. To me, being a real man means standing by your word, living by your values, and being honest—even when it’s hard. In today’s world, we need more of that. Authenticity and integrity should always come first.

Now, at 26, my mission is clear:

I want to inspire others who feel lost or unworthy to find their strength through fitness. If I had known back then what I know now, I would have reached my goals much faster. That’s why I’m here—to guide anyone struggling with self-love, fitness, or confidence.

Social media often shows a perfect life, but that’s not real. Everyone struggles. And that’s okay.

We’re all human. We all have our battles.

So whatever you’re going through, remember this:

You are worth so much more than being someone’s second choice.

Stay consistent. Face your challenges. Never stop moving forward.

Every step, no matter how small, makes you 1% better.

With MUCH LOVE❤️
